Mr. Resnick concentrates his practice in the areas of Guardianships and Disability Planning, End of Life Legal Issues, Special Needs Trusts, Medicaid Planning and Estate Administration. He has taught Elder Law at Penn State, Abington Campus, and has lectured on Elder Law Topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Drexel University School of Nurses, Nueman College, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institue of Widener University and the Montgomery Bar Elder Law Committee. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Pennsylvania Bar Elder Law Section and member of the Delaware County Bar Elder law Committee.

Mr. Resnick divides his time between his Media Office and his office in Bucks County which is located at Five Neshaminy Interplex, Trevose, PA 19053.
